July-August 2015 – AFA’s Retreat at the Cove was planned as a one-time event at the Billy Graham Training Center in Asheville, North Carolina. “But in four short years, it has become like a family reunion,” said AFA president Tim Wildmon. This year’s retreat is September 28-30 (Monday evening through Wednesday evening).
An all-star cast of speakers includes Star Parker, self-described “welfare queen” who fought her way out of poverty and founded Center for Urban Renewal and Education; WallBuilders founder/director David Barton; worship leader Dennis Jernigan, and Kelvin Cochran, Atlanta fire chief who was fired for his stand for natural marriage.
“It’s going to be a great three days,” Wildmon said. For more information and registration, visit thecove.org or call 800-950-2092 and select option 2 followed by option 1.
