June 2015 – American Family Studios, a ministry of AFA, announces AFA Cultural Institute, a series of documentaries featuring leading national figures and experts addressing critical issues of our time.

The series debuts with Race in America and Life is a Civil Right, both featuring Dr. Alveda King (above). In two exclusive interviews, Dr. King brings clarity and insight rooted in her years as a young activist during the 1960s era civil rights work of her uncle, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

“We're excited to kick off the AFA Cultural Institute series through these insightful conversations with Dr. Alveda King,” said Jeff Chamblee, head of AFS.

“Upcoming documentaries will feature Dan Celia on financial issues and Dr. John Rosemond, a psychologist, on Christian principles for parenting.”
