June 2015 – AFA will host its fourth annual Retreat at the Cove September 28-October 1. Sponsored by AFA Foundation and hosted by Tim Wildmon, the event has become a favorite annual destination for many AFA friends and supporters.

“Already, in this short history, it’s more like a family reunion,” Wildmon said. “We look forward to it. It’s always great to renew friendships and to meet those who come for the first time.”

“From the time we drove onto the grounds at the Cove, there was something in the air,” said Rev. Ray Lovelady from Bolivar, Tennessee. He and his wife Marilyn attended the 2014 retreat for the first time. In a recent visit to AFA headquarters, they assured AFA Foundation director Diane O’Neal they plan to be back this fall.

Wildmon and his father, Don Wildmon, founder of AFA, will address the group along with historian David Barton and Star Parker, a mom who worked herself out of the welfare system and helps others do the same. Learn more and register at afafoundation.net or call 800-326-4543 x345.
