July 2019 – Many of the nation’s best minds in the field will headline the annual National Conference on Christian Apologetics October 11-12 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This year’s theme is “Why Truth Still Matters.” AFA is a co-sponsor.
“We’re pleased that American Family Studios will get to be a part of this event again,” said AFA vice president Ed Vitagliano. “It has a stellar list of speakers who will challenge all of us to better equip ourselves to understand and defend the Christian faith.”
Michael Brown and Frank Turek, whose shows air on American Family Radio, will be among the elite speakers. Brown’s Line of Fire airs 2-4 p.m. Sunday, and Turek’s Cross Examined airs 9-10 a.m. Saturday and 4-5 p.m. Sunday. Both men blog on afa.net/the-stand. Other noted apologists on the agenda include Richard Land and Richard Howe.
This 26th edition of the meeting will feature a tribute to Norm Geisler, the conference’s co-founder. Charlotte’s Calvary Church is the host site. Early bird registration extends through August 1.
