July 2021 – AFA has 120 employees. Thirty-three have served the ministry for 10-19 years; 18 for 20-29 years; and 10 for 30-38 years. That means 61 employees – more than half – have been with AFA from 10 to 38 years.
“I think the longevity of employment at AFA is a reflection of the family work environment here,” said Stacey Fowler, AFA vice president of human resources. “The ministry takes care of its employees as if they are family members, and co-workers take care of each other in the same way – all for the glory of God.”
