November 2014 – For the 12th straight year, AFA has come alongside Revival Fires International as it promoted its “Truth for Youth Week” and distributed free Bibles to young people.
More than 60,000 Bibles were given away through AFA and AFR efforts this year, added to the more than 600,000 Bibles distributed over the previous 11 years.
“We believe in what Revival Fires is doing,” said AFA president Tim Wildmon. “Getting the word of God into the hands of America’s youth is a critical task.”
Revival Fires sends a free Truth for Youth Bible to any Christian young person who promises to give it away to an unsaved friend or classmate.
“Some people might think AFA is only interested in cultural and political battles,” Wildmon said. “But we realize that salvation comes only from the Lord, and the Word of God plays the pivotal role in the transformation of any nation.”
