June 2016 – The American Library Association has reported that the Bible ranks sixth among the most objectionable books of 2015. While the other nine books are charged with graphic violence, language, sexual, homosexual, or occult content, the sole crime of the Bible is its religious viewpoint. The top five offensive books included Looking for Alaska, Fifty Shades of Grey, I am Jazz, Beyond Magenta: Transgender Teens Speak Out, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in Night-Time.
