June 2019 – The Intercollegiate Studies Institute went to court in 2017 to prevent the city of Wilmington, Delaware, from seizing a portion of the ISI campus. After an 18-month battle, four days before the next court date, the city finally caved, dropped its land-grab attempt, and agreed to reimburse ISI for related expenses.

Since 1953, ISI has been a workhorse in the conservative movement, providing resources and support to urge students and adults to consider and secure the principles of limited government, individual liberty, personal responsibility, the rule of law, the free market, and traditional Judeo-Christian values.
