October 2019With temperatures rising in Phoenix, laid-off father Patrick Hoagland took to the streets hoping to find a job. Instead of asking for money, he passed out resumes. He hoped to catch the attention of someone offering a job that would help him “provide a better life for his family.” After receiving hundreds of job offers, Hoagland has taken a full-time position with a concrete grinding company.
