December 2020Adoration Abode, a Christian nonprofit ministry, purchased a building in Clyman, Wisconsin, where a strip club had formerly operated as The Hardware Store. Earlier this year, the former owner and two managers of the club pled guilty to charges related to a federal sex trafficking indictment.

After the club closed in 2019, Adoration Abode purchased the facility for $77,000 and is transforming it into a revival center – a Christian coffeehouse with space for live worship and transitional housing.

The ministry also provides food, mentorship, and a sense of community to those in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual help.
