December 2020 – Military individuals and families alike across the United States should be aware of an amazing resource called Military Friendly (MF). This is a rating system and website (militaryfriendly.com) that provides valuable resource lists to military families and personnel in several key areas of life.
The first is Military Friendly Schools. Through a survey of more than 1,500 universities nationwide, MF rates each one on how accommodating and friendly it is to military personnel. MF also provides a similar list of Military Friendly Employers, which can prove invaluable to veterans seeking jobs after leaving the military. The website contains school and employer lists for spouses of military members as well.
