November 2017 – American Family Radio partnered with Eight Days of Hope in early September to collect gifts for victims of Hurricane Harvey. EDOH is a Christian disaster relief ministry that entered the Houston area ASAP and began serving victims with clean-up projects and meals.

“We are so grateful for the financial support from AFA and the AFR listeners,” said Steve Tybor, CEO of EDOH. “We plan to spend considerable time in Texas over the next couple of years. What a blessing it was to hear that the supporters of AFA wanted to play a big part in our plans to aid those affected by Harvey.”

AFR general manager Jim Stanley said, “As usual, our listeners demonstrated their generous hearts, and AFA has already collected and sent more than $175,000 to EDOH.”
