Canadian first grader traumatized by school sex film

September 2019 – Jason and Pamela Buffone, parents of a Canadian first grader, have filed suit in the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario against Devonshire Community Public School. The parents say their daughter was extremely traumatized and confused after students had to view a YouTube video titled He, She, and They?!? – Gender: Queer Kid Stuff #2.
The couple voiced their concerns to the principal and met with the school board superintendent, but the school would not agree to communicate with parents when future topics of such a sensitive nature were to be discussed. The Buffones enrolled their daughter at another school while awaiting a decision from the typically left-leaning Human Rights Tribunal.
