June 2020There is no denying the spread of COVID-19 brought fear into the lives of many. Sheletta Brundidge, a Minnesota mom of four, reminded her children to choose faith over fear. After watching newscasts about the virus, Brundidge’s autistic, 7-year-old son, Brandon, became overwhelmed with anxiety.

When her 6-year-old daughter, Cameron, noticed her brother’s fear, she grabbed his hand and led him to repeat 2 Timothy 1:7 – “But God did not give me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” The encouraging viral video reminded many of all ages to choose faith over fear.
