May 2020DeliverFund, a nonprofit founded in 2014, has protected almost 350 sex trafficking victims by utilizing cutting-edge technology. Last year, the organization’s efforts contributed to the arrest of 25 traffickers.

Nearly all of DeliverFund’s 30 employees have an intelligence-related background, some with decades of experience in careers with the CIA, NSA, Special Operations, and law enforcement.

In 2018, the organization started using artificial image intelligence to scan thousands of online ads for signs of sex trafficking. The incredibly efficient technology can collect and analyze about 4,000 ads per minute, reducing the time it takes to compile an intelligence report for law enforcement from 22 days to only 6 hours.
