February 2015 – Thirteen years after the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the World Trade Center is open for business, with employees of the publishing house Conde Nast being the first to move into offices in One World Trade Center on November 3. A number of other companies have also leased space in the 80,000 square foot building.

The newly completed 104-story building makes One World Trade Center once again the tallest building in America. Construction on additional buildings on the site is ongoing.
