April 2016 – Urban Family Communications, AFA’s Urban Family radio network, has joined other pro-life groups in signing a legal brief with the goal of “protecting women from substandard abortionists and substandard abortion facilities, both of which disproportionately impact racial minorities.”
The brief is a visible and official expression of support for pro-life respondents in Whole Woman’s Health, et al., v John Hellerstedt, Commission, Texas Department of State Health Services, et al., a case that will be presented to the U. S. Supreme Court.
