April 2017 – The God Who Speaks, a feature length documentary produced by American Family Studios, will premiere at the National Conference on Christian Apologetics October 13-14. The conference will be at Southern Evangelical Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The documentary is intended to reveal the trustworthiness of the Bible’s claims, while calling viewers to a response worthy of the God who wrote it.
“The film is written and produced by American Family Studios and features some of this generation’s best voices in evangelicalism,” said AFA executive vice president Ed Vitagliano.
Among Christian scholars and pastors contributing to the film are Alistar Begg, D.A. Carson, Gereth Cockrell, Darrell Bock, Edwin Lutzer, Josh McDowell, John Oswalt, R.C. Sproul, and others. (thegodwhospeaks.org)
“It makes us chuckle to consider the contrast between that deeply theological documentary and Ryan Defrates: Secret Agent,” Vitagliano added. The latter is an animated, kid-oriented series also produced by AFS. Defrates is the main character in a 13-episode series that builds character and moral stability. (See feature story here.)
