April 2017 – Seventy-eight workplaces were honored by inclusion on the Best Christian Workplaces Institute’s 2017 list of Certified Best Christian Workplaces.
“This 18% increase in the number of certified organizations since 2012 means we’re seeing a continuing, upward trend in the number of ministry organizations, churches, and Christian-owned businesses building a healthy-to-flourishing culture which, in turn, increases their organizational impact,” said Al Lopus, BCWI president.
The rating was based on eight criteria – fantastic teams, life-giving work, outstanding talent, uplifting growth, rewarding compensation, inspirational leadership, sustainable strategy, and healthy communication – included on the Employee Engagement Survey, completed in 878 organizations since 2002.
