July-August 2017 – For the fourth year in a row, AFA has received the “exceptional” designation from Charity Navigator (charitynavigator.org), an independent charity evaluator that helps donors make sound decisions by evaluating charities’ financial health, accountability, and transparency on an annual basis. AFA has again earned CN’s highest (four-star) rating.

“We remain committed to fiscal and spiritual integrity,” said AFA president Tim Wildmon, “and it is gratifying to have Charity Navigator confirm that. We want to be accountable to our friends and supporters on every level.”
