April 2019 – A team of Israeli scientists with Accelerated Evolution Biotechnologies Ltd. believes that within a year it will have discovered a comprehensive cure for cancer – essentially a cancer antibiotic.  

“Our cancer cure will be effective from day one, will last a duration of a few weeks, and will have no or minimal side-effects at a much lower cost than most other treatments on the market,” said Dan Aridor, AEBi founder and chairman of the board. 

CEO Dr. Ilan Morad said AEBi has concluded several in vitro trials and the first successful exploratory mice experiment that inhibited human cancer cell growth. The company will soon start a round of clinical trials.

Dr. Len Lichtenfeld, American Cancer Society chief medical officer, advised, “[I]t goes without saying, we all share the aspirational hope that they are correct. Unfortunately, we must be aware that this is far from proven as an effective treatment for people with cancer, let alone a cure.”
