January-February 2021 – Dr. Robert Hodkinson, an Alberta virologist, points to science with actual numbers regarding the coronavirus impact on the province’s population.

“This is not Ebola,” Hodkinson told Edmonton, Alberta, city leaders. “It’s not SARS. It’s politics playing medicine. … And that’s a very dangerous game.”

According to the doctor, the COVID-19 update for Canada indicates 451 deaths in Alberta, a city of 4.4 million. That’s a fatality rate of 0.01%. Hodkinson blamed the media and politicians for scaring the public.

“This is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on an unsuspecting public,” he concluded.

Brian Rushfeldt, former executive director of Canada Family Action, said some cities are resisting the mask mandate “because more and more are realizing that masks are not effective, that they are some false hype that’s been imposed on them by an ignorant politician.”
