January-February 2021 – Christian astronaut Victor Glover (photo above) made sure he would have his Bible and plenty of communion cups with him during his six-month stay on the International Space Station. Glover and the three other astronauts who make up NASA’s SpaceX Crew-1 Mission docked at the space station November 16.
After seven years at NASA, Glover understands that God has equipped him with abilities to do his job well while supporting his crew, his mission, and NASA. He also believes his faith will play an integral role in staying connected to his wife, their four children, and his church while working at the space station.
“God assigned me a few really important things,” Glover explained, “this life, this vessel, but also my wife and that relationship.”
