November 2021 – This year Marie Robinson observed her 100th birthday with a celebration filled with friends and family. She mothers 5 living children (4 are deceased), 35 grandchildren, 101 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
She is glad to share her “secret” for making it this long.
“My secret is to treat everybody right. And love everybody,” said Robinson. “Don’t hate anybody. That’s the only way we’re going to make it to the kingdom – serve the Lord.”
Robinson also encourages all parents to continue to raise their children in a way that honors the Lord. “Just keep on trusting in the Lord,” she said, “and He will make a way for you.”
