August 2019 –Friend Ships, the U.S. based ministry that previously operated Camp Ichay (See AFA Journal, 6/18.) on the border of Israel and Syria, is establishing a medical field hospital in Gaza to serve thousands of Palestinians in need of immediate medical attention.
The operation will provide basic medical care, prosthetics for those who have lost limbs, and other more advanced medical services and trauma-informed therapy.
Friend Ships is in need of medical volunteers and others who desire to help clothe, feed, and minister to adults and children in desperate need.
