April 2020As an outspoken advocate for human trafficking victims, Ivanka Trump made a statement by attending Wellspring Living Women’s Academy (WLWA) in Atlanta, Georgia. Wellspring is a local nonprofit that aims to help survivors recover after being sexually exploited.

While at WLWA, Trump met with operators and survivors to hear their stories. Before leaving, she reassured the academy that her father’s administration is “committed to bringing the full force and weight of the U.S. government to solve the horrific problem of trafficking persons.”
