April 2020 – Facebook has bowed to the mob rule of political correctness, changing its online policy to police speech regarding gender. Facebook now forbids speech that in any way denies the “gender identity” of another user. According to the social media mammoth, refusing to acknowledge whatever gender someone claims to be will now be labeled “hate speech.”
On this platform, one can choose a custom gender identity, and anyone who speaks against it or makes “statements denying existence” could face penalties from Facebook. Over 50 gender identities such as “bigender,” “nonbinary,” and “pangender” are already available for users to select when creating a Facebook profile. Any speech that denies the existence of these supposed gender identities, or any other gender identity that a user creates, is now strictly forbidden.
